We continue to offer free shipping/delivery service of any order of 6 bottles or more from our Cellar List.

Unlike others, we not only sell the larger brands and products but also sell the boutique, smaller and intermediate producers that do not seek representation elsewhere outside of Tasmania.

As a condition of using the Nine Eleven Bottleshop Website (nineelevenbottleshop.com.au), you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following terms and conditions.

Ordering through 9/11 Bottleshop Gasworks Cellar List Sales

When placing an order with 9/11 Bottleshop Gasworks Cellar List Sales you confirm that all the details that you have provide in completing the order and offer to purchase the wine specified in the order are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

9/11 Bottleshop Gasworks Cellar List representative reserves the right not to accept your offer to purchase. Your offer to purchase will be taken to have been accepted once the product you have ordered has been paid for in full and then despatched. Limited rights reserved, and while stock lasts.

You take full responsibility for the receipt of delivered goods.

Returns and Refunds

If the wine delivered to you is damaged, of unacceptable quality or not the wine you ordered then we will refund your money or exchange the product. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return*.

The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to contact 9/11 Bottleshop Gasworks Cellar List representative where our team will be able to assist you.

In the event that your product must be returned to 9/11 Bottleshop Gasworks Cellar List representative, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by us.

*Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when 9/11 Bottleshop Gasworks Cellar List is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered or there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit). In all other circumstances, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

**Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, and all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.

9/11 Bottleshop Gasworks Cellar delivery partner is Australia POST.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an ‘Article Awaiting’ card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. Your order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required).

We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address please place a separate order for each delivery address.

Liquor Licensing Act 1990 (Tasmania)

Under section 70 the Tasmanian Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence to sell liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

The sale of liquor pursuant to an offer to purchase made through the Website is made at the premises at 2 Macquarie Street, Hobart in Tasmania in respect of which Licence No. 7111020X (“Liquor Licence”) has been issued under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990. Your offer to purchase is made via phone or funds transfer to Vantage Hotel Group Pty Ltd ACN 087 546 245 as the Liquor Licence has been issued to a nominee of Vantage Hotel Group Pty Ltd.
