Sugarloaf Ridge

This boutique, multi award-winning cool climate vineyard is located in Tasmania’s south eastern wine region. This location is privileged to enjoy an ideal location and environment for making exceptional wines. Sugarloaf Ridge’s cool maritime influenced climate provides for a long growing, slow maturing season which develops low yielding, balanced fruit with intense berry flavours. All grapes are hand-picked allowing for minimal spoilage to realise their full potential. Wines are individually crafted by one of Australia's most recognised winemakers; Julian Alcorso and his team who have over 30 years of experience making award-winning Tasmanian wines. James Halliday and Winestate magazine, have selected Sugarloaf Ridge Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc as some of Tasmania’s best wines.
