Fruit was late harvested early in May for full flavour development; it was whole bunch pressed directly to barrel and wild fermented. The wine was then left on lees to build texture and complexity until just prior to bottling. A delicious example of cool climate Viognier; rich and delicate, a feast for the senses with a beautiful perfume. Silky texture with great length through the palate. A wonderful white for all occasions but particularly lovely with roast chicken & roast vegetables.
