This wine holds a lot of meaning for our winemaker Conor van der Reest. The fresh expression of Muscat's floral ad spice perfume brings back memories of Canada, where this grape is extensively found. It's an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc, that's crisp, light and brilliant when young. This year's vintage is generous apple, citrus, rose and peach notes. Sweetness and texture are delicately handled, while the long flavours mingle and tingle with the sherbet on the finish. Drink chilled and young. Drink 2016 - 2019.
