A very pale gold in colour. The bouquet is very attractive; aromatics of musk, pear and mandarin lilies along with rose and minerals. Full-bodied in palate weight but dry, long and lean. Serve chilled in a mid size white wine glass. Traditionally this style of Pinot Gris is best served with rich pork dishes such as pigs trotters and roast pork but this wine could also be perfectly paired with grilled whiting served with butter and lemon. Great ageing potential.
