A lovely even mid straw colour greets the eye. Fresh aromas of Corella pears dominate the bouquet with background hints of musk and talcum powder. Textural pear fruits are generous, silky and lengthy on the palate and it finishes with true Grigio dryness. Drinking beautifully now. Pair with seared Tassie scallops in a light garlic butter sauce on a bed of cauliflower puree.
