Aromas of white peaches, honey and almonds expand in the glass. Flavours of juicy pears fill the palate while a citrus acid zing maintains a tight structure. The palate is crisp, fruity and delicate with a round texture to finish. This wine matches well with Flathead fish and some seasoned chips, or some antipasto and Italian sausage on the barbeque; great on those sunny afternoons.
