Today, after more than 20 years of producing premium quality cool-climate wines, and having been awarded numerous trophies and medals at prestigious wine shows, the Pooley family in 2003 established their second main vineyard in the Coal River Valley at the beautiful Belmont Lodge. This is a heritage-listed old Georgian home on the outskirts of Richmond, making for the perfect centre for the third generation of premium Pooley wines to flourish, directed by brother and sister duo- Matthew Pooley as viticulturist and Anna Pooley as winemaker.
