Wildfire is a charity wine label raising funds for our home grown heroes, who volunteered their time to protect our island, Tasmania, from the bushfires that ravaged that state throughout December – February 2019 with almost 200,000 hectares of land burnt. All profits will be donated to the Tasmanian Fire Service Volunteers.
The Label was created by a young Tasmanian artist, Eloise Lark. When designing this label, she wanted to make sure the colour scheme was attention grabbing and striking. The blue is symbolic of the volunteers and water, working to manage and put out the blaze, strategically placed in front of the part that symbolises the blaze. We also wanted to focus attention on the smoke, as we saw this affect all Tasmanian’s during this fire crisis.
ALL PROFITS DONATED TO TASMANIAN FIRE SERVICE VOLUNTEER BRIGADES
This Pinot Noir was been produced from a select range of grapes in the Tamar Valley. A velvety smooth wine, with subtle flavours of savoury oak and bright cherry plum fruit. This wine will go perfectly with any mushroom risotto, duck or pork and fennel sausages.
