A rich floral nose of Tasmanian lemon and lime aromas with additional elements of wisteria lingering as well. The palate is full in structure with ripe lime and nuances of lychee flavours declaring themselves; however the wine’s crisp acidity does assist in providing length and balance. A Riesling that can match beautifully with Tasmanian scallops or other white seafoods.
