The cool climate on the West Tamar is ideal for producing Riesling. As the grapes slowly ripen it gives intense lime and citrus flavours. It has delicate floral and citrus aroma and well balanced acidity. This wine can be enjoyed now while it is fresh, crisp and young or it can be cellared for 10 years or more. This wine has already been awarded “Best Tasmanian Riesling” at the 2016 Canberra International Riesling Challenge.
