Sourced from our second oldest Pinot Noir block at Cooinda Vale. Hand-picked with fruit chilled down overnight. Whole bunch pressed to tank and fermented on fine solids at low temperatures in stainless steel. Post ferment wine was racked to old French oak puncheons for further refinement. Very fine and delicate nose of subtle poached strawberry and red forest fruits. Palate is lively and crunchy with flavours of strawberry and raspberry. Tension and purity.
