Robert Drew's family has farmed around the Tea Tree area in the Coal River Valley for over 100 years, Drew carried on the legacy until his first drop of premium Tasmanian wine. From that moment he decided to sell his house and bought a perfectly sited property sloping down the Merrieworth Rivulet in Tea Tree. Drew's success is due in no short measure to the typical bushman’s can-do, give-me-a-piece-of-wire-and-I’ll-fix-anything attitude, meticulous attention to detail, common sense and a lot of hard work.
