Pale yellow with hints of green greet the eye. Delicate tropical fruit flavours aromas with hints of citrus and herbaceous notes. The palate is fresh with subtle notes of white nectarine and citrus that leads to a long finish. The grapes were pressed at 5?C for optimal aromatic retention into stainless steel tanks where the juice was settled and racked off lees. Fermentation was slow and steady until finished; the wine was fined and clarified quickly into bottle to retain optimal aromatics and minimal oxygen exposure.
