Winemaker Julian Alcorso has crafted a fine example of this variety. The technique of lees stirring, together with minimal exposure to large format oak, have added weight to the mid-palate. This wine has an attractive texture, with an array of fruits beginning at palate entry lacing through to the finish. Guava, gooseberries and passionfruit flavours are evident, the palate long and seamless.
