Pale straw with a touch of green in colour, this wine displays asparagus, gooseberry and fresh cut grass aromas. The palate exhibits primary herbaceous notes with hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry, balanced nicely with a soft acid structure and a clean fresh finish, represented as Ghost Rock’s signature wine. This wine will compliment natural seafood dishes, salad, soft cheeses, light chicken and vegetarian dishes.
