The bunches were gently destemmed without crushing prior to air bag pressing. Fermentation temperature was held between 15 and 20˚C to retain natural fruit aromatics. Pale straw in appearance, the bouquet possesses rose petals, Turkish delight and Muscat notes. The delightful luscious spicy perfume carries through with tropical notes of guava and papaya on the palate. A hint of up front sweetness is balanced with a clean fresh finish. Serve with medium spiced Asian or Middle Eastern foods or strong cheeses.
