Jansz Premium NV Rosé is vibrant rosewater/ salmon pink in colour. It has a lifted nose showing delicate rose petal and Turkish delight from the Pinot fruit. Aromas of fresh cream and nougat are present from the malolactic fermentation and extended aging on lees.
The Jansz Tasmania vineyard enjoys a cool climate almost identical to France’s Champagne region. In fact, it was originally with French contribution that Jansz became Tasmania’s first sparkling made using the traditional méthode champenoise. Today it’s called, Méthode Tasmanoise. It’s the essence of a unique partnership between the environment and our winemaker. It’s why Jansz Tasmania is the most highly regarded sparkling wine house in Australia. It’s cool climate art.
