Pale straw in colour with a lively fine bead. Crisp aromas of granny smith apples and citrus and a fresh lively palate of green apple and lemon with hints of honey toast biscuit. The wine was hand-picked and the whole bunches of fruit were gently pressed to ensure delicate flavours. After primary fermentation the wine is tiraged with no malo-lactic fermentation and disgorged after 12 to 18 months on yeast lees to retain crisp, fresh flavours. This will further develop with bottle age to exhibit more savoury and complex characters, whilst retaining the crisp citrus driven fruit characters.
