The Catherine Sparkling is aged and cellared for 4 years prior to release. It's a 100% Chardonnays from our own vineyards that are ideally suited to sparkling wine. The Catherine Sparkling is traditionally made in a Brut style, providing a vibrant palate with a hint of richness and toast - true to the Champagne styles we've all come to love.

Nestled between the rolling patchwork fields of Sassafrass to the south and the pristine white sands of the Port Sorell peninsula to the north, we find ourselves located in some of god's best country. Our vibrant Cellar Door, twice crowned Tourism Tasmania's 'Best Cellar Door,' is open from 11am to 5pm daily.
