The Blanc de Blancs has brilliant clarity with an ultrafine and persistent bead. Lifted aromas of biscuit, brioche, grapefruit and butter mushroom sauté along with complex and enticing nuances of sourdough, truffle, butter biscuit and fresh oyster.
The seamless palate is immensely fine with great length and flavour persistence. Dosage has been restricted to present a crisp and dry style exhibiting a firm natural acid backbone. The wine shows structural elegance, poise and vibrancy which are recognised hallmarks of this style.
