Commencing in 1993, Radenti Sparkling was the first premium Sparkling wine produced on the East Coast of Tasmania and it has earned a formidable reputation for quality over the years winning many Trophies and Gold medals at various wine shows. The significance of the name R3 is that 3 Vintages (40% 2012, 44% 2013 16% 2014) were combined to create Radenti R3. Overall blend proportions are 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Radenti Sparkling is produced following the traditional champagne method, including more than 4 years on tirage maturation. The aromas and flavours are beautifully complex, exquisitely displaying the full spectrum of flavours from citrus, honey, toast, brioche and other bakery delights. The palate displays amazing creamy texture, purity and length.
