Made from 100% Estate grown Riesling grapes from our vineyard at Relbia in Tasmania’s North. Pale gold in colour with green hues and a fine mousse. Lifted floral aromatics of honeysuckle and white peach greet the nose. Rich crunchy granny smith apple fruits with hints of apricot jam and white pear. The off-dry juiciness combines with subtle bottle-ferment complexity and lively acid. A beautiful and fresh Tassie sparkling wine with an interesting twist!
